Courageous Conversations is a discussion series that invites students and staff to come into a safe space and share their thoughts on controversial or uncomfortable topics. One of the weeks the topic was sexual harassment. With this design, utilizing positive and negative space was the best way to promote the idea while avoiding any realistic visuals.

In the end, the design brought in 75% more participants than usual. There were several staff and students who stopped in the office to compliment the poster even before the date of the discussion.
