The use of a bottle depicts the center of the situation between three groups: a mother, a religious grandmother and a social worker. Displaying the bottle frozen in the mists of a spill implies not only the the tough situation for the infant but creates tension for the viewer, leaving them to feel as though they must decided whether to save the bottle from falling or leave it because it is too late.

This design strategy encapsulates the theatrical production, Luna Gale which played at the Renaissance Theaterworks company in Milwaukee.

I personally took photos of an infant bottle and edited accordingly to be placed on the poster.
